A performance inspired by the myth of Apollo and Daphne, a story of passionate and thwarted love. The cantata Apollo e Dafne by Georg Friedrich Handel is followed by a choreographic interlude for four dancers, danced to the Suite No. 3 in G Major from Water Music by the same composer. In this enchanted garden, carried by dance, music and human voices, Cupid will remain magnanimous and will sting the protagonists with his loving arrow!
In case of bad weather, the performances are maintained and take place indoor in Les Morettes.
The Château de Prangins will exceptionnally remain open (free entry) from 17:00 to 19:30!
Free entrance, but reservation is mandatory on www.pranginsbaroque.ch
